Practice November 21st

The girls had a good practice today! They continued to work on form shooting and dribbling. Today, we learned how to block-out and rebound the ball! We focused on playing defense and communicating on the court!

First Practice!

Our girls had their first practice today! They got of to a great start! We learned about form shooting, defensive stance, passing, dribbling, and pivots. I was proud of everyone! They worked hard and put forth good effort!
